How about a trip to five exciting countries in Southeast Asia that could hardly be more different? From Singapore's sparkling skyline to magnificent temples in Siem Reap and Bangkok, all the way to white dream beaches, here, there's something for everyone! Climb the 272 colourful steps to Malaysia's famous Batu Caves and hop on a bike in Hoi An to explore the surrounding Vietnamese countryside on two wheels. Then take a short flight and check the next highlight off your list: exploring the famous Angkor Wat on your own. Let Siem Reap's mystical temple complex carry you off to a whole new world as you follow in the footsteps of the Tomb Raider and dive deep into the country's history. Then explore even more temples, incredible street food and bustling markets in Bangkok before it’s time to swap the skyscrapers for the dream beaches of Khao Lak! Ready for an adventure?

The plane takes off, the city shrinks beneath you, and eventually darkness takes over. By the time you land, the air outside feels completely different. Until then: sit back, watch a film or read a book, perhaps get a few hours’ sleep. Your adventure in Asia begins tomorrow.
The glitter and sparkle you see beneath you, that's Singapore! Even as you make the descent to land, you can't get enough of the breathtaking sight of this metropolis of millions. Your plane hits the runway, and before you know it, you're in the middle of the urban jungle. Welcome to one of the most exciting cities in the world, where it's one highlight after another!
With the MRT, the city is within easy reach – one ticket and you’re everywhere. First stop: Marina Bay Sands, three towers linked at the top by a platform featuring what is probably the most photographed pool in the world. On the way there, the Helix Bridge spans the bay: 280 metres of stainless steel in the shape of a DNA double helix, illuminated in changing colours at night. In the evening, the city goes one better – right in front of the Sands, the light and water show takes place, several times a day, free of charge.
Where you start is up to you.
Stroll across the Cavenagh Bridge and enter a whole new world! Be amazed as one moment you're surrounded by futuristic skyscrapers glittering in the sun, then suddenly, you find yourself standing between historic buildings from the colonial era. A quick trip to India? Also no problem here! The Little India district will make you completely forget that you're in Singapore. Need a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city? Then the Gardens by the Bay city park, home to the towering Supertrees, is the place for you. When afternoon comes, make your way to the bus station because your next adventure is already waiting. Lean back as Singapore sinks into the distance behind you and enjoy a little shuteye until you're greeted by the colourful lights of Kuala Lumpur.
If you want to gather your strength for the adventures to come, you'll have no problem doing it here. Settle in at your accommodation in peace and quiet and recover from the journey in – a beautiful view guaranteed. And if you're still far from tired, then dive right into the city to get a taste of the buzz on the streets and find the perfect place for a bite to eat!
Today you're off on a tour to one of Malaysia's absolute highlights: the Batu Caves! A driver picks you up at your accommodation, where you and other explorers excitedly await the adventure ahead. When you arrive, the first thing you see is the 131-foot-high golden statue of the god Murugan, and immediately afterwards, the 272 colourful steps that soon take you up to the main cave. Now you're totally pumped! In no time at all, you've tackled the stairs, but not without stopping for a few photos of course. And then you're inside – 'Wow!' The sight of the Hindu shrines in the middle of the dripping limestone cave gives you goosebumps. 'Let's go!', says your guide – that's right, there's more to come! Back in Kuala Lumpur, you round off your tour with a visit to the famous Thean Hou pagoda temple, a pit stop in Chinatown for the most delicious street food and a visit to Malaysia's national mosque Masjid Negara! Now you've just got to check your memory card to see if you have any space left.
